Electroplating

Ferrous and brass parts can be electroplated by Zinc, Cadmium, Chromium, Tin, Lead, Acid copper, Cyanide Copper, Shine Nickel and silver. In Silver and Shine Nickel the job size is maximum 42 mm and the plating layer is from 0.4 micron to 1.0mm.

Anodizing

The factory has a very elaborate anodizing facility for aluminium and aluminium ally coating. It can undertake Color Anodizing (black, Red or Green for the maximum size of 25mm), Passivation and Acid Pickling, Bluing, Phosphorizing and Yellow Oxidation of Aluminium and Magnesium Parts.

• Anodizing processes includes Chromic acid & Sulphuric acid anodizing and phosphating & Bluing as well
