Flame spray and plasma spray are available for thermal coatings. The facility is NADCAP, GEAE, and SNECMA certified. Plasma spry is used for dimensional buildup upto 1.5mm thickness. MRF is certified for 13 powders and 04 wires. An advanced thermal coating technique called HOVF will be available shortly.
