PAC is equipped with variety of CNC & Conventional machines to cater for batch production of parts and hardware. The Machine Shops are capable of manufacturing screws, rivets, bolts, studs, nuts washers, nipples, connectors, clips, bushes and end fitting for pipes. Jigs, fixtures and panels can also be manufactured to given specifications.

The 3-axis CNC machines have the capability of machining parts as per the following sizes:

• Milling Bed size : 1200 x 800 x 500 mm (maximum)
• Turning : 190 mm dia (maximum)

Cold heading machines, thread rolling machines and thread twisting machines are capable of producing aviation standard screws in bulk quantities. The hardware items are manufactured as per close tolerance in the engineering drawings. F-6RF has manufacturing capability of several other aviation hardware parts. List is available here
